You’ve received your item but it’s not quite right?
No worries — you have 14 days from the delivery date to return the product.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure the following conditions are met:
- The product must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and manuals.
- The return does not concern custom-made items that include personalisation (e.g., a custom size or cut).

Return handling and refund
As a small family business, we’re unfortunately unable to cover return shipping costs.
Returns must be sent to the original shipping country of the product and are at the customer’s expense.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account — this depends on your bank and payment provider.
