For any modification or cancellation request, please contact us as soon as possible by filling out the contact form or emailing us at bonjour@monloove.com with:

your order number (available in your account and confirmation email),

the details you wish to modify (e.g. product model, shipping information, etc.).
If your item is still being prepared, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, your order may have already been processed quickly after validation, so we cannot guarantee modification or cancellation.
If your order is already being shipped, you may:

contact the carrier to request a change of delivery information, leave a note for the driver, or ask for delivery to a pickup point;

refuse the parcel when it is presented at your pickup point or home. In case of withdrawal, return costs will be at your charge and automatically deducted from your refund, even if shipping was initially free. Your refund will be processed once the item is received in the warehouse.
If you have already accepted or picked up your parcel, you have 14 days to return it after delivery (except for customised items).
