If you notice any damage or defect upon receiving your product, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

your order number (found on the delivery slip or confirmation email),

photos/videos clearly showing the issue,

photos of the package as received,

the names of the parts to be replaced (using the assembly manual).
If the damage is due to the delivery process, and to help us speed up the resolution:

please contact the carrier to file a claim,

and send us the claim number as soon as possible so we can link it to our investigation.
