For logistical reasons, some bulky items (such as foam playgrounds with ball pits or play structures) are shipped in multiple packages.
In addition, delivery times may vary from one product to another, and items composed of several components may be shipped at different times depending on availability.
However, if the delivery time indicated on the product page of the missing or incomplete item has been exceeded (see the "Delivery & Returns" tab at the bottom of the product page), or if a part is missing, please contact us via the contact form or by email at bonjour@monloove.com and provide the following information:

a photo of the received parcel,

a description of the package's condition upon delivery.
