We recommend first checking the delivery timeframes for your items.
If needed, you can find the estimated delivery time:
- at the top of the product page, just below the “Add to Cart” button,
- and in the “Shipping & Returns” tab at the bottom of the product page.
If something seems off and the delivery date has passed, please send us a message using the contact form or email us at bonjour@monloove.com so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

My parcel is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it
If your parcel was dropped off at a pickup point or is being held at your local delivery agency, we recommend first checking the delivery status using the carrier’s tracking page.
If not, we then suggest asking your neighbours or building manager. Sometimes carriers hand over the parcel to someone nearby.
If you still cannot locate your parcel, please:
- contact the carrier to file a claim,
- and send us the claim number as soon as possible by using the contact form or emailing bonjour@monloove.com, so we can open an investigation and speed up the resolution process.
